The platform supports real-time live chat takeover, ticket management, lead capture, and deep analytics. Under the hood it uses a RAG pipeline with vector search, multi-provider LLM support (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Ollama), and a Clerk-secured multi-tenant architecture.
